Capital City to have 2 Multi-level car parkings soon
On 22nd June, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik laid the foundation stone for two Multi-level car parking (MLCP) in the Bhubaneswar.The first large project will come up at Unit-II market involving an approximate budget of Rs 46.79 crore. Covering an area of 0.972 acres the MLCP will include two basements, ground and above floor with a capacity of 450 cars. The floor above the parking area will be commercial floors offering 57,000 sq ft space. The project is targeted to be complete in18 months. The second smaller MLCP will be built at Sahid Nagar in front of office of the director, Nandankanan, at an estimated budget of Rs 30.95 crore. It will come up on an area of 0.75 acres with two basements, ground and above floor with a capacity of 250 cars. It will have commercial floors offering 38,000 sq ft. The project is scheduled to be over within a year.
