An exclusive smart city lab could be opened in Bhubaneswar
A dedicated lab just to showcase ideas such as data-driven smart street lighting, smart parking and connected, automated vehicles is now a possibility and has been proved by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade who are going to invest $500,000 in the Arrows Electronic Lab. The idea of Colorado office is to keep the lab as an open facility, where all the leading technology companies will work alongside Colorado cities and other public sector leaders to co-develop the next generation of smart cities technology. Bhubanewar Smart City Limited may perhaps focus on such technology driven idea. A facility, where the use of data-collecting 'internet of things' technology can be explored and can be tested as a means to make sure urban services and infrastructure work efficiently for residents.
