State Heads Towards Development Of Railway Infrastructure

In a recent meeting held with the state railway minister & chief minister at Bhubaneswar, agenda has been fixed to improve the railway line infrastructure of Jeypore-Malkangiri & Jeypore-Nabarangpur areas. It was decided that the railway line projects will be designed similar to Khurda-Balangir project. The state Govt. had already included the aforesaid railway project in the current financial year by making financial provisions for both. Besides, the government shall provide 50% of the project cost & free land for Jeypore-Nabarangpur project & 25% cost for Jeypore-Malkangiri project.
